Golden State Warriors Find Their Groove, Scorch Memphis Grizzlies in Game 3. The Golden State Warriors almost made

history on the way to their 142-112 rout of the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 3 of the Western Conference semifinals.

A win would have given them their first 3-0 series lead ever, and only the second time in NBA history that any team had

opened up a playoff series with three straight road wins. It wasn’t to be however, as Marc Gasol put up 26 points and 18

rebounds to make up for Zach Randolph’s 6 points on 2-13 shooting from the field in an otherwise impressive showing by

the Grizzlies. The Golden State Warriors scored an NBA-record 36 points in a quarter, and their 142-112 rout of Memphis was

more than enough to prove they had rediscovered their offensive mojo. Klay Thompson scored a career playoff-high

37 points on 15 shots, Stephen Curry added 32 points, and Draymond Green contributed 16 points, 10 rebounds and

seven assists as the Warriors put on one of the most dominant performances in playoff history. The 73-point first half was
