The altercation escalated when Jeudy grabbed her phone and tossed it over a balcony, according to police records obtained by
Denver7. Jeudy was charged with one count of second-degree criminal tampering with a domestic violence enhancer because he
damaged or destroyed property during the alleged assault. He also faces one count of third-degree assault. Jeudy had 10 catches
